Transforming Service Delivery

Closes 31 Oct 2019

Opened 16 Sep 2019

Falkirk Council and Community Trust provide a number of services, such as advice and support services, education, and sports and recreation facilities, from a range of buildings across the Falkirk Council area.

We are currently reviewing how we can deliver services differently in order to make better use of our public buildings so that we can invest in, and improve, the services and facilities we provide. This may involve moving some services, sharing properties with other public sector organisations or closing buildings so that we can invest in remaining buildings and improve these.

To make sure we make the right decisions, we need to better understand how communities are using the services and buildings we provide. This survey gives you the chance to tell us your views.
