We are looking to offer payment methods that offer best value.  The approximate average cost to the council for payments transactions are:

  • Direct Debit - around £0.10
  • Web - around £0.50
  • Post Office/PayPoint - £0.50
  • Telephone - around £1.50
  • "Face to face" cash in Council Hub - around £1.50
  • "Face to face" card in Council Hub - around £1.50

1. How do you currently make the following payments?
