Adults Care Homes Framework

Closes 23 Jun 2023

Opened 10 May 2023

Overview

Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership is collecting feedback on the support provided to people within Adult Care Homes. Your comments will help us to make sure that the support people receive is suited to their needs and wants.

Which services are covered?

We want to hear your views about the support you receive in the care home. For example, does the support you receive:

  • help you to manage your own health and wellbeing and make choices
  • help you to feel respected
  • help you to meet your outcomes
  • help you to engage in daily routines, such as setting up activities and mealtimes
  • gives you an opportunity to engage in education, learn, and work
  • helps you to have fun
  • helps you to take risks

We also want to hear your views about the following:

  • What do you like best about the service you receive?
  • What could be improved about the service you receive?

Who should complete this survey?

  • People who currently live and receive support in Adult Care Homes
  • Their family members
  • Their carers

If you are helping someone complete the survey, you may wish to complete it again to share your own views.

What will you ask?

We will ask a series of statements about the support you receive in the care home. You can tell us whether your agree or disagree with each statement.

The statements will help us to understand if the care homes are meeting the standards people should expect when using health, social care, or social work services in Scotland.

You can also provide comments at the end of this survey.

We invite you to complete this questionnaire which focuses on your views of the support provided to you within Adult Care Homes.

The survey will be open until Friday 23 June.
