As part of the Scottish Government’s ‘Creating a Tobacco Free Generation’, we are looking at how the tobacco control strategy could be put in place across our buildings and grounds. We have received guidance which sets out how Council buildings and grounds can become smoke free. Additionally, smoking would not be permitted within vehicles parked on the premises. These arrangements would apply to both Falkirk Council staff and members of the public.
Further information on smoke free environments in Scotland can be found on the NHS Scotland website.
We would like to know your views on smoke free premises and grounds. The following survey should take only 5 minutes to complete and will help shape our future policy.
